How to track a LinkEx shipment

Tracking should answer one question quickly: where is the parcel now? LinkEx centralizes status for marketplace bookings so you and your receiver can follow UAE and GCC deliveries without hunting through multiple carrier apps.

Find your tracking number

After you book on LinkEx, you receive an AWB or tracking number in confirmation screens and account history. That number is the key for /track and for Support conversations. Save it in your order notes or share it with the receiver as soon as it is issued.

If you booked while signed in, open My Shipments to copy the number, view recent events, and access labels. Guests who booked with email confirmations should check the message for the same AWB.

Use /track for live status

Go to Track on linkex.ae, enter the number, and review the timeline of scan events. Typical milestones include label created, picked up, in transit through hubs, out for delivery, and delivered. Timing between events depends on the courier network and lane—UAE domestic often updates faster than longer GCC corridors.

Share the tracking URL with customers or colleagues so everyone watches the same source of truth. That reduces duplicate “any update?” messages and keeps conversations focused on exceptions only.

Understand common statuses

In transit means the parcel is moving through the network. Out for delivery means a courier attempt is expected soon—ensure someone can receive it or follow local hold instructions. Exception or delay events may cite address issues, customs checks on cross-border GCC moves, or failed delivery attempts.

Not every quiet gap is a problem; some lanes have overnight hub dwell. If the shipment passes the expected window with no movement, contact Support with the AWB. LinkEx can help interpret partner events and next actions.

Track first, then ship smarter

Good tracking habits pair with good booking habits: accurate phones, clear addresses, and honest declarations. When you are ready for the next send, return to Quote to compare and book again. Explore shipping guides and FAQ for more answers.

Frequently asked questions

Why is my tracking not updating?
Scans post when the courier records them. Short gaps are normal between hubs. If there is no update beyond the expected transit window, contact Support with your AWB.
Can receivers track without a LinkEx account?
Yes. Anyone with the tracking number can use /track. An account is optional for receivers who only need status.
Does tracking work for all GCC destinations?
Yes for LinkEx-booked shipments across supported UAE and GCC lanes. Event detail reflects what the underlying courier partner provides.
