Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LinkEx website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by LinkEx (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
LinkEx is a logistics platform that lets you compare courier rates, book shipments, and track parcels across the GCC. We may display rates and services offered by independent courier partners. Your contract for carriage is with the selected partner unless we state otherwise.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Business and partner accounts may have additional agreements or onboarding requirements.
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country) to create an account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
3. Bookings & payments
Quoted prices are estimates based on the details you provide. Final charges may change if weight, dimensions, route, or service level differ at pickup. Wallet balances, cards, and invoicing features are subject to availability in your market.
4. Prohibited use
You may not use the Service to ship:
- Illegal goods or goods prohibited by applicable customs or carrier rules
- Dangerous goods without proper declaration and partner approval
- Items that infringe intellectual property or export controls
5. Liability
The Service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from partner delays, customs holds, or force majeure. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to LinkEx for the shipment giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the event.
6. Disputes & governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Courts in Dubai, UAE have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence where applicable.
